Iron, bamboo, washi paper. Manufactured by Ozeki & Co., Ltd., Japan.
Artist's mark near top of shade. Underside of base with impressed artist's signature.

Condition
One large rip/tear about 1/3 from the bottom, as well as other, more minor tears.
