Hand-painted wood. Probably made in Hungary or Romania.
Painted with the year along the foot board.

Condition
Good antique condition. Heavy wear throughout resulting in a nice, aged patina, including scratches, scuffing, oxidation and old worm holes. Some minor restoration including some newer screws and one replaced leg.
